Welcome to Sunrise Sunset Yoga Studio. Our vision is to provide a place of belonging for everyone who walks through our doors. Since we opened in 2007, we have grown from offering a few Classical Sivananda yoga classes to a more diverse yoga schedule, added more mind/body services, as well as offering wellness workshops. Sunrise Sunset Yoga Studio now shines as a retreat center and sanctuary. A place to work out your body, relax your mind and rejuvenate your spirit.
Services offered include Iyengar Yoga, Reflexology & Reiki. We host specialty workshops in the area of wholistic health and wellness.
Come for a single treatment, a workshop or regular yoga classes. Stay for a weekend or a week in the beautiful and serene private cottage which sits on luscious grounds that open to a private beach with a fire pit, old-growth trees, pathways and gardens.
