Yoga Spring Schedule

Introductory/Lv I - Sat (am) & Wed (pm)

Sat 9:00-10:30 am. May 11th - June 29th 2019

Wed 6:30-8:00 pm, May 1st - June 26th 2019

An introduction to the foundation of asanas (postures) for all students with no experience of Iyengar Yoga. The first inversion is briefly introduced to allow the student to progress to the next level. One session in Introductory is all that is needed before proceeding to the next level.

Level I - Tues (am)


Tues 9:00 - 10:30 am, May 7th - June 25th 2019

A refinement to the foundation of asanas (postures) for students who have completed the Introductory of Iyengar Yoga. The first inversion is briefly introduced to allow the student to progress to the next level. Understanding of breath awareness is introduced which is the foundation of Pranayama. Length of time in Level 1 varies and can be more or less than a year.

Level 2 - Tues (pm) & Thurs (pm)


Tues  6:30 - 8:00 pm May 7th - June 25th 2019

Students continue to progress with new postures and the first introduction to headstand/other inversions are explored. Students gain more confidence in headstand and the subtleties of more advanced postures are integrated. The study of Pranayama develops here.

Gentle/Senior Tues (am)

Tues on hold until further notice!

A one hour slower paced class to develop ease with flexibility, balance and strength, and learn to optimize and manage the challenges that come with the aches and pains of aging.
